Dr. Levi Huffman is the Associate Dean of Life Calling and Career at Indiana Wesleyan University. He has over 20 years of experience working in collegiate administration in various capacities. His calling to Higher Education emerged post-college while living and working in London where he discovered his purpose – discipling college students in their personal growth journey.
Outside of IWU, Levi enjoys working with teams and individuals via wilderness immersive experiences to inspire team building, conflict resolution, and long-term excellence. Levi is an ultra-runner and an avid backpacker who enjoys hiking and canoeing throughout Indiana, Appalachia, and the Wild West with his family and friends.

Stephanie Rosa serves as the Administrative Assistant for Life Calling & Career. She oversees excused student absences, assists with personality assessment scheduling, and assists with New Student Orientation and First Year Experience.

Joe DeGraaf, M.A.

Joe DeGraaf is the Director of Life Calling. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Religious Studies from Huntington University. He also earned a Graduate certificate in Business and a Master’s degree in Executive Development and Adult & Community Education from Ball State University. He is a certified Life Coach and a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. He has been published in leading industry journals such as Choice magazine, the leading magazine on professional coaching, as well as the NACE Journal.
In his work and life, Joe looks to make a positive, God-honoring impact on the world around him. He feels privileged to do this with students at IWU through his work as a life coach and in the Exploratory program. When he is out of the office, he loves to read and spend time with his wife and two children.
Lauran Bussa, M.A.

Lauran Bussa serves as the Director of Career Development at Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management and her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a NACE Certified Career Coach. Lauran is a native of Grant County and enjoys being involved in and promoting the Marion community. She also coordinates the university Student Employment Training (S.E.T.) Program. Lauran has grown within the Life Calling & Career department through the years, starting as a Graduate Assistant with Career Development, transitioning to the role of Career Coach & Internship Coordinator after a few years working as the manager for the IWU Campus Bookstore, and now having the pleasure of leading the Career team as Director of Career Development. Lauran is passionate about career development and seeks to encourage, connect, and inspire students in their professional journey. Her favorite job is to help students find their dream job!

Debby Cheruiyot Bii, M.A.
Mrs. Debby Cheruiyot Bii is a Assistant Director of Academic Success at Indiana Wesleyan University. Hailing from Kenya, East Africa, Debby has 15 years of Higher Education experience. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Anderson University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Development from Taylor University, she is a student affairs professional, working alongside students to help them identify their patterns, skills and talents that they have been given to advance the Kingdom of God. Debby finds joy in watching students discover their strengths, leadership capabilities and fit. She enjoys working with student who desire to understand who they are and where they come from in order to understand, learn from and serve others.

Magdalene Mastin is a Life & Career Coach at Indiana Wesleyan University providing life coaching and assistance with resume reviews. She is a pursuer of all things beautiful, inviting others into a life with steady integration of all they say, think, act, eat, love, and enjoy–hopeful for a more rooted, peaceful existence, both in- and externally. In addition to Coaching at IWU, she offers spiritual direction, movement classes, and retreats, incorporating contemplative Christian spiritual practices, contemporary and authentic movement, breath work, and imaginative experiences. Maggie is a graduate of Hope College.
